For the second month in a row, Mrs. Luis' second grade homeroom has won the attendance trophy! Congratulations to them for having an average daily attendance rate of 96% in January! |

Blaze the Bell Beater was at DeSoto in February! Each child who was present and on time that day received a prize and their names were entered into a drawing. Congratulations to Diego P.'s family, who won the drawing and will receive a gift card! Can't wait to see which DeSoto family wins our drawing in March when Blaze returns! |

Upcoming House Meeting - PBIS Testing Pep Rally |
On Friday, April 10th all Houses will come together for our final House Meeting and PBIS Testing Pep Rally! Each House will have an opportunity to show off their House Chant and review our schoolwide Tier I behavior expectations (Respect Others, Act Responsibly) & upcoming schoolwide Tier I reinforcer activity. |

Students will earn tickets throughout PM3 testing which will allow them to "purchase" things at the Testing Incentive Party! ⚬1 ticket = showing up to school to test on your testing day ⚬1 ticket = reaching gain goal with their score for PM3 ⚬1 ticket = scoring level 3 or higher
Tickets will be given for both Reading and Math tests (K-2 STAR & 3-5 FAST) |
