A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL & ASST PRINCIPAL

.

Dear Pride Families,

Congratulations are in order for our students who represented Pride at the District STEM Fair! We are incredibly proud of their hard work, creativity, and dedication. Be sure to check out the highlights below in the newsletter to see how they did—way to shine, Pride Lions! 🌟🦁

Last Friday, our cafeteria was completely transformed as our boys and their moms lit up the night at our Glow Party! From glowing smiles to lots of laughter, it was a fun-filled evening and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate these special relationships. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night such a bright success! 💙✨

This week marks the final week of the 3rd quarter—let’s finish strong and get ready for a well‑deserved Spring Break! I hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing break filled with quality time with family and loved ones.

Reminder: There is no school on Monday, March 23, and we will welcome students back on Tuesday, March 24. Enjoy the time off, and we’ll see you soon! 🌸🌞

Yo-ho-ho and onward we go!

PTA EXECTUTIVE BOARD NOMINATIONS

🌟 Want to Make a Difference at Pride? Join Our PTA Executive Board! 🌟

Are you looking for a meaningful way to get involved at Pride Elementary and help shape our school community? The Pride Elementary PTA is now accepting nominations for the 2026–2027 Executive Board, and we’d love to see you (or someone you know!) step into a leadership role!

PTA board members play an important role in supporting our students, staff, and school events-and no prior experience is required, just a willingness to help and collaborate. Positions include President, Vice President (1 & 2), Treasurer, and Recording Secretary. If serving on the board isn’t the right fit, there are also many committee opportunities to get involved behind the scenes.

If you’re interested (or would like to nominate someone with their permission), please complete the PTA Nominating Form and return it by Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Forms may be emailed or dropped off at the front office. Let’s work together to continue making Pride an amazing place for our students and families! 💙🦁

Ideally, we would like to have recurring volunteers, but any time you can help would be greatly appreciated! The role involves monitoring student behavior, assisting students with opening food items, escorting students to the bathroom or health clinic, helping with spills, etc...
