Daily Attendance Matters!
At Bloomingdale Senior High School, we believe that consistent attendance is key to student success. Every day in class is an opportunity to learn, grow, and stay on track. When students are present, they’re more likely to achieve academic goals, build strong relationships, and prepare for future opportunities. Let’s work together to ensure our students show up, every day, ready to succeed! |

Important Graduation Requirement Update - House Bill 1105
| Dear Parents and Guardians,
We wanted to share a quick update regarding House Bill 1105: this new law eliminates the “certificate of completion” option that was previously available for students who earned credits but had not yet met all state assessment or GPA requirements.
Beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, only students who meet all Florida graduation requirements will be awarded a standard high school diploma—and only those students will be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony.
If you have any questions about your student’s progress or need support with meeting outstanding requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact our school counseling team. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Thank you, Marcos Rodriguez, Ed. D. Principal Bloomingdale Senior High School Cahn Fellow 2025 |

Announcement from Our Neighborhood Library:
|
This year, we will be offering Homework Help for the students who need a place after school to get things done. Additionally, we will have computers available for them to work on projects.
We will not be able to participate in the drop-off/pick-up line. Parents can pick up their children after the pickup line is closed by parking in a parking spot and having their child come out to them, or they can come and collect their child. Additionally, students should park on school grounds and not in the library’s parking lot. |
